About this meditation
Staying with an Urge trains you to meet an impulse as a changing body event instead of a command. You locate the urge, track its pressure, heat, movement, or tightening, and watch how it rises, peaks, and weakens when it is not fed by action. The practice builds response inhibition and tolerance for craving, scrolling, checking, eating, or reacting. The aim is not to crush the urge, but to outlast its wave.
Keep your practice comfortable. You can pause, stop, or return to natural breathing whenever you need.
A LITTLE CALM. ALWAYS WITH YOU.
