About this meditation
Orient to the Room uses the environment as the anchor when the mind feels unsafe, blank, or overloaded. You slowly look around, name a few things near you, notice distance, light, shapes, colors, and sounds, then feel where the body is supported. The practice trains orientation to the present place rather than internal analysis. Clear external cues help the body register where it is now, which can reduce confusion and re-establish contact.
Keep your practice comfortable. You can pause, stop, or return to natural breathing whenever you need.
A LITTLE CALM. ALWAYS WITH YOU.
